We sell consumer tile and grout care products, tools and sealants. We describe products as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes may vary slightly. Our products are for household surface care only. They are not sanitisers, disinfectants or medical products, and we make no antibacterial, health or medical claims.

You agree to follow the safety guidance on each product's packaging: keep products away from children, do not consume them, use in a ventilated area, never mix cleaning products, and wear suitable protection. We are not liable for misuse contrary to label instructions.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order (for example, where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred), in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely by third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal. By paying, you authorise the charge for your order total. Your statement will show “JPRPLUMBSVC STORE”. We do not store full card details.

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns and Refund policies, which form part of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Florida.
