Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is a flat $6.00 USD. Orders with a subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and remote destinations may extend delivery times.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We only ship mild, consumer-grade tile and grout care products. We do not sell or ship strong acids, strong alkalis or industrial mould strippers, so our items are not classed as dangerous goods for standard carriers.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us at support@jprplumbsvc.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
