Returns Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• Chemical products — grout pens, whiteners, colour seal, sealants and the eco gel
• Any product where a tamper or hygiene seal has been broken

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

1. Email support@jprplumbsvc.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging using a tracked service.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for items we do not receive.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return postage.
